What is the cancellation policy?
- If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 5 hours in advance of your treatment to avoid being charged the full-service fee.
- Cancellation of packages or private parties require 1 week notice.
- Groups are subject to a 5 weeks cancellation policy.
What about payment for spa services?
* We accept major credit cards, EFT etc.
Is there a minimum age for treatments?
- Prince and Princess treatments are available for children accompanied by a parent for the entire service. Please see Prince & Princess menu
What if I am late for my appointment?
- Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment.
- Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
- The full value of your treatment will be charged.
What if I am pregnant?
- Please note our spa do not provide massage for pregnant ladies.
What if I have special health considerations?
- Please notify our spa therapist before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments, and disabilities etc.
- If you have any concerns, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.
Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?
- Our spa therapist can assist you.
Parking
- Complimentary parking for Spa Guests is available in front of the spa. This is public parking facilities and we do not take any responsibilities of lost, damage or whatsoever.
Food and Beverage
- Guests are allowed to bringing F&B into the Spa. However, need to be informed in advance and there will be NO extra charges.
